The Fifty 'n Fit  Balance Training and Fall Prevention Series
Please join us for our "Balance Training and Fall Prevention" Classes.

Each series consists of four progressive sessions.
Schedule of upcoming Balance Training and Fall Prevention classes in 2018:
- Beginning January 4, 2018, Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing January 11, 18, & 25.
- Beginning March 1, 2018, Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing March 8, 15, and 22.
- Beginning May 3, 2018, Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing May 10, 17, and 24.
- Beginning July 5, 2018, Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing July 12, 19, and 26.
- Beginning September 6, 2018, Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing September 13, 20, and 27.
September will be our last Fall Prevention series for the year; we'll begin again January 2019!
Cost: $20 per session, or $70 if you sign up for the series of 4 (recommended).

Please join us for "Osteoporosis: What You Need To Know About Safe Exercise and Body Mechanics"

Each series consists of four progressive sessions.
Schedule of upcoming Osteoporosis Education classes in 2018:
- Beginning February 1, 2018,
Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing February 8, 15, and 22.
- Beginning April 5, 2018, Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing April 12, 19, and 26.
- Beginning June 7 2018, Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing June 14, 21, and 28.
- Beginning August 2, 2018, Thursdays, 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing August 9, 16, and 23.
- Beginning October 4, 2018, Thursdays 2:30-3:45 pm, and continuing October 11, 18, and 25.
October will be our last Osteoporosis series for the year; we'll begin again February 2019!

Quarterly Topics – Watch for regular topics of interest. Free to the public. Fitness Center Classes

• Pilates/Stretch Class Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm with a certified Pilates Instructor.
• Aerobics Classes Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:45-9:45 am, 30 minutes of aerobic activity, followed by 15 mins strengthening, followed by 15 mins stretching.
• Cardio Challenge Class  Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 9:00-10:00 am. 45 minutes of cardio/aerobics activity followed by 15 minutes of stretching.
• Functional 50 Class Tuesdays & Thursday 7:45-8:35 am.  50 mins of functional strength training followed by 10 mins of stretching.
• Balance Class  Tuesday & Thursday 11:15 am - noon for those desiring to increase balance, stability, and safety on their feet.
• Yoga, Etc. ClassMondays at 3:30 pm. This classis a fun combination of Yoga, Pilates, and various stretching techniques.
• 8-Week Sculpting Class Mondays at 10:00 am, Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00 pm, Wednesdays & Fridays at 8:00 am, and Saturdays at 9:00 am. A 45-50 minute class designed to be an 8-week progression of sculpting and toning with light weights and multiple reps.
• Spin/Treadmill Interval Class (and other adventures) Monday and Wednesday 5:30-6:00 pm.
• Tai Chi, Etc. Class  Wednesdays 12:00 noon-1:00 pm. Tai Chi for balance and strength.
• Zumba GoldTuesdays at 10:00 am. A fun fusion of low to no impact Latin and international dance forms.
• New Members ClassWednesdays and Fridays at 11:30 am. Join a trainer to meet new people and jumpstart your program!
